Last week 28th September 2010 my wonderful friend Alessandra Mostyn and her friend Zara from MMU had their opening of their Re(collection) exhibit in the Holden Gallery Café. It was to celebrate the history of our Manchester Art School and Sandra’s design work for all the exhibits she curated last year. It was a gorgeous exhibit and delightfully insightful into the 1920s life of teachers and students of the time. Showing video footage of the courses that were on at the time and teachers/students messing around and playing up for the camera. If your in Manchester do go have a gander.
